In stock products typically ship the same day of order if placed and paid for by 2pm weekdays or within 24 hours.

Overnight: 1-3 days
Rural: 3-5 days
Pre-order products (available to us from our suppliers but not stored in our warehouse) typically ship within approx 28 working days depending on location of supplier, time of the year and demand. We will be in touch if there are delays on your pre-order product/s outside 28 working days from the date of order/payment.
On the odd occasion where we are unable to supply your pre-order product/s we will be in touch with you to the best of our ability and will supply you with a credit note/discount code to use on our website to the value of the product/s to use on or towards a subsequent order.
Orders that include both In stock product/s and Pre-order product/s will be shipped together once the pre-order products have arrived to us unless you require the in-stock products asap, in that case please explain this on the delivery notes of your order or email as at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact page.
NZ shipping is currently a flat rate of $4.50 to suburban areas or $7.50 to rural areas or FREE on all orders over $100
all orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as the courier has collected and scanned your parcel from us ready for delivery. Please use the tracking link supplied and contact the courier company first for faster response to locating your parcel.
AUS shipping is currently a flat rate of $10 or FREE on all orders over $100
Rest of the World shipping is currently a flat rate of $20 or FREE on all orders over $100
International Orders are sent via NZ post and passed on to your local postal service. Currently we don't offer tracking on international orders using the above rates but if you would like your order tracked please contact us immediately after purchase and we can get back to your with tracked pricing options.
We are proud to say we've only ever had one international order go missing in the past 5 years so safe to say you will receive your order using our current service.
Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags and or packaging intact.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We typically don't do returns due to incorrect sizing chosen so please be careful to check your measurements on the supplied sizing charts. If we have not provided a sufficient sizing chart we would consider a return for the correct size but please contact us if you're unsure on sizing and we will endeavor to help you select your right size.
In the case we can't supply you with a size swap for the item you want exchanged we will provide you with a credit note to use towards another order on our site.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please endeavor to return your item/s to us via a reasonable priced but tracked service. Please include your receipt for your cost to ship, and we will give you this amount back as a credit note to use on our site for subsequent order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
