Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, USA, Canada and the UK.
In stock products typically ship the same day if order is placed and paid for by 2pm weekdays.
Arrival depending on the circumstances of your order:
- Overnight: 1-3 days (NZ only)
- Rural: 3-5 days (NZ only)
- International: Dependent on carriers and their processes
Pre-order products (available to us from our suppliers but not stored in our warehouse)
Typically these ship within a rough estimate of 28 working days depending on location of supplier, time of the year and demand.
Please email us at email@example.com with any concerns regarding your order IF it exceeds 28 working days.
On the odd occasion where we are unable to supply your pre-order product/s, we will endeavor to the best of our ability to get in touch with you and supply you with a credit note/discount code to use on our website to the value of the product/s to use on or towards a subsequent order.
Orders that include both In stock product/s and Pre-order product/s will be shipped together once the pre-order products have arrived to us UNLESS you require the in-stock products asap and are able to pay an addition shipping fee.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to have in stocks sent as soon as possible while waiting for the pre-order items.
NZ shipping is currently a flat rate of $4.50 NZ to suburban areas or $7.50 NZ to rural areas or FREE on all orders over $100
Australia shipping is currently a flat rate of $15 or FREE on all orders over $100.
USA, Canada & UK shipping is currently a flat rate of $25 on all orders - This is due to what it costs us to ship certain items with varying weights.
All orders (including internationals) are shipped and tracked via New Zealand Post/Courier service.
Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as the courier has collected and scanned your parcel from us ready for delivery.
Please use the tracking link supplied and contact the courier company first for faster response to locating your parcel.
Returns (if applicable)
Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags and or packaging intact.
Upon receiving your return, we will contact you to provide you with a credit note/discount code to use towards another order on our site.
Please email us at email@example.com with your return or exchange request which must be approved before you return your item/s to us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If we have not provided a sufficient sizing chart we would consider a return for the correct size but please contact us if you're unsure on sizing and we will endeavor to help you select your right size.
In the case we can't supply you with a size swap for the item you want exchanged we will provide you with a credit note to use towards another order on our site.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We typically do not do refunds for change of heart or incorrect sizing chosen so please be careful to check your measurements on the supplied sizing charts.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so at our discretion but please note a 10% administration fee may be applied.

Please endeavor to return your item/s to us via a reasonable priced but tracked service.
Please include your receipt for your cost to ship, and we will give you this amount back as a credit note to use on our site for subsequent order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We will be in touch with you as soon as your return arrives to us and resolve the approved solution asap.
